GERHARD BARNARD

Gerhard obtained both the Baccalaureus Procurationis (B.Proc) as well as the Baccalaureus Legum (LLB) degrees at the University of Pretoria . He was atmitted as an attorney in 2001 and as a conveyancer in 2003. Gerhard practised as a professional assistant and conveyancer at De Wet du Plessis Inc. and Wilsenach van Wyk Inc. He accepted a partnership at Bezuidenhouts Hepple Inc. in 2007. In 2010 Gerhard had the vision to start his own company and the doors of Gerhard Barnard Attorneys were officially opened in February 2010.

ERIC BARNARD

Eric Barnard is a qualified and practicing Commercial and Labour lawyer with 17 years' experience. Eric obtained his B.Proc degree from the University of Pretoria in 1990. Practicing General Litigation and Property Law in the early years, Eric soon realized that his real passion is for Labour & Commercial Law and he has since represented both Employers and Employees with great success.

LUCINDA PRETORIUS

Lucinda started her career in the legal industry in 2004 as conveyancing secretary at Macroberts Inc. She was recruited by attorneys STRB in 2006 and advanced to head of the bond cancellations department before joining Gerhard Barnard at Bezuidenhouts Hepple Inc. as Public Relations Officer in May 2008. Lucinda has since effectively managed the marketing and public relations sectors and joined Gerhard Barnard Attorneys in February 2010 with her extensive experience gained in the conveyancing and marketing departments respectively.
